TAZSPORT ASSOCIATION MISSION PRINCIPLES:

The Tazsport site was founded by a COACH, and supported by fellow Coaches, for the purpose of matching EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES and sports coaching with administrators, in the pursuit of excellence in SPORT, and in an effort to preserve and prosper competition in America.

We believe in the maturation process of young people and that sports can be used as a vehicle to build character, teach citizenship, teamwork, work ethics and good sportsmanship.

We believe that "the Coach" or "Coaches" in all given sports are in a position to have great influence in the lives of young people, and therefore are VITAL to the success of the team and individual athletes.

We understand that the sponsorship of youth sports is under increasing financial and social pressure for competition of scarce resources, and have designated this web site in part to address these issues.

We believe the United States of America is a great country that has benefited immensely over the last 100 years from the promotion and participation of sports, and would like to assure its prosperity.

We acknowledge that youth sports programs are not a "one-person" job, but rather the responsibility of all those who care about youth and how they spend their time, therefore, agree to participate and support the promotion of the Tazsport web site in association with its fellow members and partners.
